Alas, after months and months of searching, observing, thinking, cracking my mind over our 1st year annivesary gift, i finally bought this gucci flap. hehs.

how it started, as some of you already know the story (how embarrasing), bare with me. hehs.

see, on a random day last month (i guess), i asked Jer to accompany me to Gucci'Paragon. told him i wanted to get a wallet for my Bro's 23rd Birthday and i needed his advice. so we were browsing thru the range of wallets. hehs. and finally he chose the one above. we got the salesman to get us a new piece. and proceed for payment. hehs. "excuse me Miss, i'm sorry but do you have another card, your card has been declined?". damnnnit. and i didnt have so much cash with me!! sheesh. i called my mum straight away, she scolded me for spending so much and told me i prolly have exceeded the limit. haha. i was sooo damn paiseh lah. baby wanted to pay it first but that wouldnt serve my intention then. hehs. we left the shop soon after.
but i couldnt contain myself and blurted out what was supposed to be a surprise for him. sighs.

weeks passed. and he prolly forgotten bout it.

i was at keppel sun tanning this morning, and couldnt help but kept thinking bout the wallet. i dunno why. hehs. so i headed down to Gucci'Galleria (apparently, Limaran told me the sales peeps there are more friendly and more range there) . i wasnt too worried bout the same embarassment this time round as mummy gave me another credit card two days ago. hehs. i saw the wallet on the glass shelf, the wallet seem to be like talking to me "take~ me~ home~!!" haha. i couldnt wait. Guess wat! it was the last piece!!!!! without hesitation, i bought it. i was grinning away while walking back to my car. hehs

i sat inside for awhile. thinking hard. then came an idea. i would asked Jer to borrow me his wallet (it is white), to match what i am wearing today.

when he got into the car at his camp, i said "baby, i'm meeting my friend later and i dont wanna bring my bag along, could i borrow your wallet for just few hours to match my clothes??". he agreed readily. my heart was pumping fast, i cant wait to see the smile on his face (he's been all stressed out at work, just wanted to surprise him and find those smiles back).

back at his room, i took out the gucci case, that moment when he smiled makes all effort worthwhile. =)
