Tues: Day 6

slept in.

supposed to pick my cousin for a meeting with my dad at a lawyer's office, some business deals. but was cancelled cos my dad had sore eyes and was resting at home. so i cont my beauty sleep. cant believe i woke up at 1.30pm!!! Lol. Yannie stayed over. she's a pig! she slept till bout 3. Lol. we actually planned to shop in the afternoon but i guessed we were all too drained from consequetive late nights of poker. Lol. i headed to meet Jer for awhile. Yan went home. OK!! here comes the secret plans from the girls.

Yan told me she was gonna meet her mum to make her specs followed by dinner. so i ended up not meeting her already. Lim then called around 5plus to ask where was i. i was about to head town. and so i met Lim and Jason in town. had dinner at taka, bought a foundation from bodyshop and lim got her consealer too. and headed to Gucci to find Jason's wallet but to no avail. we then head to Galleria again. i bought a bumble bee coach key chain for baby (Supposedly another surprise for him on Vday, reason being - i've been calling him Beee recently unknowingly and he claimed that he loved me calling him that, plus there arent any other nice keychain from coach this season.) we then went to Gucci paragon to get Jason's wallet. and headed to CCK to pick Jer and sent Jason home.

i texted yannie and ben to see if they wanted to come over to my place for poker. but both declined. yannie said her dad wasnt happy of her late nights so she gonna be a good girl. ben said he had camp the next day. i didnt ask xiaoser and angie cos i presumed they had work the next day. Lim told me she need to be home before 11pm. and korkor didnt confirm with me whether he'd be home. my mood was super low lah. but god thing baby took off the next day just for me. and so, we went to simpang after alighting lim. i felt so empty i didnt wanna go home and suggested to baby we countdown at simpang! Lol.

hell was i dumb. Lol. baby's in cahoots with them!!!

he insisted that he was too tired to stay out and wanted to go back my place to rest and countdown at home. i accomodated.

reag then called me to say that Jiawei and Jerrick's gonna sleepover cos they playing golf next morning (which was a lie, part of the plan too). i reached home about 1140pm. and suggested we play poker. they were all damn god actors lah. i really didnt suspect anything! we played a few rounds of poker and then came midnight. Baby took out a cake (korkor helped Jer to buy while he had his training in the afternoon) from the fridge and suggested we go to the poolside to celeb as my parents were sleeping. i still didnt suspect anything. the moment i was at the poolside vicinity, the girls and Ben came running out with birthday songs. i was so so so so so so so so shocked and really really happy. twas so well planned!! i heart all of them. so sweet of them really. they went all the trouble. so so so touched. it kept me smiling till now as i'm blogging.

what more can you ask for when you have your cousin, your cousin's gdfriend, your korkor, your beloved beee, the amazing girls and thegirl's bestbuddyben collaborating with one another just to make a special moment for you! it just shows how important you are to them. and i'd like to make a shout out: everysingle one of you are so darn important to me too! thankyou so much.
