i guess baby and i have been on a lucky streak. not on mj, gambling and all. but lucky in general.
whenever we head in to a packed carpark, there'll always be a empty lot without waiting for too long. even at the foodcourt today. lol. twas so packed, but someone we stood nearby coincidentally finished there're meals and we took over. i think others prolly waitied for almost 20mins. lol.
just for the fun of it, we wanted to get a bike each at giant the other day, twas quite cheap lah.
$148 (without gear). but somehow, we didnt get it right away.
few days later, before sending baby to training cos we had bout 30mins before he reports, decided to get some bites at the coffeeshop nearby. and coincidentally, we drove reag's car that day. we saw a bicycle shop that sells the exact same bicycle we saw at giant, but this one is with 6-gear, to ease up-slope ride.
we bargained and got it at $125/bike!
lol.
we wanted to get something different. haha.
instead of the normal mountain bikes.
so we get the
tian mi mi bicycle
its usually known as the lady's bike
but reag gave it a term tian mi mi!
lol.
WHAT A STEAL!!
i guess all good things come together.
and the luckiest of all,
we got our application result for the peak at tpy!
our queue number is 0035!!
1st day 2nd batch to select the flat!
out of about 1250 flats, and almost 3000 applicants, we got no 35!!
went to the show flat last week after we got the results, then headed down again yesterday with my parents to seek their advices.
wednesday morning will be out selection and first down payment.
happy but kinda stress too.
lol.
been hearing lots of negative relationships lately and marraige is indeed not that easy to handle.
some may say i think too much, but it is indeed a grave need to think things hard, its a lifetime your gonna trust and be trusted, love and be loved, pacify and be coaxed, sacrifice and all. so i'm having a hard time since getting the results. i'm scared, very scared of the next stage in life. staying togther now is easy, but when we get married, its another level of commitment.
its no more childsplay.
i guess i'm more old-fashion when it comes to marraige.
but then again, i guess there's no doubt that jer's gonna be a good husband.
he makes our bed everyday, he buys me breakfast or lunch when i'm still lazing on my bed, he looks after my dog, bathe him and all. he buys me monthly gifts just to cheer me up, he pays for my outings with my friends, he brings me to our first times, to experience different things in life together. and most importantly, he loves my family like i do, and my parents love him more than me =(.
lol.
my heart is sealed for 10.10.10
.
.
on a lighter note, baby and i have been enjoying the times spent lately. going arab street for shisha and food, cycling to jer's place and back to mine, and around the neighbourhood for meals, going for ear candling treatment, bah's house for nigerian food, cooking nigerian food at home, watching matches and scolding bravo who goes around the house peeing and shitting.
Cant stand bravo really.
he just take revenge whenever he can.
cos no one's home to play with him, he takes the opportunity to do silly tricks to gain our attention.
getting onmy nerves.
lol.
anyway.. counting down to yannie's arrival soooon!
